The Cheesecake Recipe

Ask and ye shall receive:

Cheesecake

3 C graham cracker crumbs

5 T white sugar

3/4 C melted butter

Combine and press 2 C into a 9 x 13″ pan.  Set the rest aside.

Prepare 2 pkg of Dream Whip (or use 2 C of Cool Whip, as I was forced to do last week – tastes the same)

2 pkg cream cheese (softened)

2 C icing sugar

Beat together until lump-free and peaks form.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto crumbs.  Top with your choice of pie filling and the remaining crumbs.  Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before serving.
