The luckiest fork in town. That’s my lunch it’s canoodling with. Italian eggs. Ever tried them? A) easiest hot meal ever. B) deeeeelicious.
In a hot pan (I don’t know what temperature – almost turned all the way, but not quite.), melt a pat of butter, add some jarred pasta sauce, and simmer, just until warm. Crack an egg or two right on top of the sauce. Cook however you like your eggs. Serve with buttered toast and eat the eggs ON the toast. Done. Start to finish, it’s about 3 minutes, and that’s me waiting for the toaster.
